        Not fully staffed, waited 10 mins at the front desk and the lady told me it's ok to go straight to the line on the right. Waited in the line for 20 mins only to find out I need to go to front desk and they will arrange me to the other side of the room to wait in another line. then waited for another 10 mins for front desk and the lady told me they are busy today so it's another 45mins wait or just book for an appointment for next week and come back. Front desk is busy and couldn't handle arranging customers to the right location. Wasted 40 mins here for nothing.
