My family and I had the pleasure to work with the Sunnyvale branch. Your team member Cherry Do was just outstanding and took excellent care of us. She was extremely patient and went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Likley the best banking experience I have had since online reviews became a thing!

This review is to their overall operation and technology. I applied for a credit card here, but they failed to set up auto-payment, resulting in a 100-point drop in my credit score! Despite contacting their technician, who assured me that auto-payment had been set up, I incurred late fees again after a couple of months. Subsequent contact with customer service revealed that it had never been set up! Worst experience ever! I will never use it again!

I asked for the store manager to help me and the teller made me wait a while and then came back to me and said the store manager to want to come and help,all of provident union has a really poor customer service. And I asked for business card to call the cooperate they didnt provide me one. And I also asked for the store managers name to call the bank for a low quality service. No one provided me. Stay away from this kind of management.

I was trying to buy a car and I went through PCU. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with Cedra Strickland. From that point on until the loan imbursement, the process was made super easy and she was very informative and very prompt to all my queries. I appreciate all the work that you did and information you provided Cedra!
