Julie Weed at West Lake Properties has managed the ski-lease for our 2 bedroom Homewood house for the past ten years. Our experience has been terrific. Julie found us great tenants who paid on time and kept our house in great shape (we use it in the summers). When our water heater broke while our tenants were using the house, Julie was able to replace it the next day. She has a great cleaning crew too! What I liked best is that Julie and her staff are in the area, so they can pop over to check on the property and are available asap if something goes wrong. We live down in the Bay Area, so it has been truly comforting to know that Julie has been there for us!
