I am a contractor and I have plumbers but I encountered an issue where I needed a bigger company. I reached out and give them all my information telling them that I have back up and I needed someone to come out. I was told that I would receive a call to schedule but 3 days later I still have no call. I followed up with them now on a Saturday and I was told that if its now and emergency I would have to pay an additional $350 for them to respond. This is why most people choose not to work with the bigger companys. Not responsive or accepting of how business should be done.

It seemed like a simple fix, but it turned out to be more than that. The first technician recommend we use an equipment that he did not carry that day. The following day a different technician came out and solved the problem. I cannot say enough for them to be prompt and efficient. The price that was charged was more than reasonable. I will use them again. Service: Drain cleaning

BEWARE! I had the misfortune of having my contractor select Southwest Plumbing on my NEW build home in 2019. I had had multiple leak and plumbing issues over the last 4 years and every time I call Southwest Plumbing they say it's not under warranty. The last issue i had was a water leak in the wall behind my kitchen sink. Southwest Plumbing came out and did some preliminary checking and determined that they would have to come back the next day with leak detection equipment to locate the lead (this would cost $575). They said they would be back between 2-4pm. At 4pm I called because nobody showed up and they said they had no record of the appointment and that a Manager would call me back. 6 days later, no return call from anyone at Southwest Plumbing. The company's tag line is "The dependable guys" What a TOTAL joke and so false. Multiple other reviews have shared similar experiences so I would stay far away from this company. Side note: called another leak detection company who came out within 2 hours of my call, found the leak right away ( which was an incorrectly connected pipe originally done by Southwest in 2019), fixed it correctly all within an hour and for less than Southwest was going to charge for the leak detection equipment. I think it is safe to say that I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone about my experience
