image Kevin, Victoria, and the team at Bella Vista are consummate professionals and fiduciaries. They have decades of experience managing commercial, market-rate and affordable/income restricted housing. Kevin has also developed several income restricted projects and served on the boards of affordable housing non-profits in the past so he really understands the need for affordable housing and the issues from both the tenant and landlord side. They are always friendly and accessible and I would encourage anyone looking for an experienced property manager to reach out to them.

image I wish I could give this no stars! I've had a very bad experience dealing with Bella vista!!!! As property managers/landlords, they post lies on here, saying they work to help their tenants to be happy, to have a happy life, to have a good experience with this Bella Vista company. BULL!!! Not so, they tolerate nuisance tenants that disturb decent, quiet tenants in the middle of the night! The more you complain to Kevin,,, him and his wife ignore you they will not help you. They don't answer your emails or your phone calls! They are actually giving you the middle finger when they do that! I thought I was the only one they were ignoring. They don't want to deal with my complaints regarding nuisance tenants! I see here there's other complaints that other tenants say they won't respond to their emails, they don't want to handle issues, obviously they don't know anything about tenant/landlord issues because tenants do have rights to live in a peace and quiet environment where they pay rent!!! They will not deal with tenants who disturb you at all hours of the night! They only want your money, but they will not take care of issues with problem tenants. They allow problem tenants to disturb quiet decent people. I could go on and on.
But since they have a Yelp here, asking for our opinion, they just got mine!!!!

image Owning a rental property is a big responsibility. Taking care of the tenants needs and the property's needs and up keep each taken a unique set of skills. Before I bought my first property I spent a year looking .... not a properties but at management companies and the people behind them.
The team at Bella Vista where miles above the rest. The owner is actually a rental property owner / real estate investor as well. Having some taking care of your property with that kind of background is invaluable.
Because of that background the team at Bella Vista had a plan for my property even though I didn't realize it at the time. They took advantage of every repair that had to be done to the property by making the fix minor upgrade as well. Without even knowing it, in a few years my units were able to generate more income.
I have since purchased larger renal properties and under Bella Vista's management have had the same successful results. Slow, steady and consistent minor upgrades with the repairs and major forced appreciation.
Bella Vista takes care of landlords and tenants just as equally. I know my tenants are in good, caring and fair hands. When they have a problem, it gets handled and I get notified.
When there is any kind of unexpected repair needed the team at Bella Vista always show me three different estimates form different companies. They don't make it easy and just go with the usual. They treat my money like it's their own.
I take for granted that when call them or send an email I will get a fast response. I always do, no matter how trivial or non urgent my question is.
Bella Vista has been managing my properties for years and I could't recommend them enough!

image I thought when my apartment was switching to Bella Vista they were taking a step up. I was wrong. Bella Vista never responds to emails, never comes on property to clean and manage, and, let me say it one more time for those in the back, NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS. Our apartment complex should be the nicest on the street but it looks like it was abandoned. The front yard grass and landscaping has been over taken by weeds and hasnt been mowed. They took our grill away and when I asked why they never responded to my email describing why exactly it was removed. They have left the front gate unlocked and now bikes have been stolen. Lets say this: dont go with Bella Vista.
