It was 5 stars but now its 1. They tried to kick me out for a late payment before they even allowed me to get the proof from my bank that the rent check was actually stolen and cashed. Now Im in the record breaking storm without a working fridge because it took them over a week to get someone to come fix my electric that blew from my space heater because the heating is also broken. And then they increased the rent. Dont rent from them theyre crooks.

George is a very attentive manager for our building, he makes sure everyone is informed of any changes and also ensures any maintnence is completed. His ability to speaking Spanish is very helpful amongst all the tenants. Overall thoroughly communicative and responsible.

George was super helpful and was pretty good at communicating throughout my application process. The application process moved fast and the apartment has been good so far, everything was also very clean and pristine for move-in. Overall was a smooth process renting through this company.
