When my first home sale/purchase fell out of escrow due to me having a terrible real estate agent, I wanted to give up on my home search. Thankfully, the day after I parted ways with my former agent, Jason literally showed up at my door, with potential buyers! Those buyers loved my condo, and ended up signing a contract on it just two days later. Jason represented the new buyers purchasing my condo, and he represented me in purchasing my new single family home, concurrently. I found a home that suited all of my needs, and Jason was able to negotiate the price down by $25k!!! There were MANY hurdles to overcome because of the uniqueness of the sale/purchase. Many said the situation was impossible, but Jason worked with us diligently to ensure that everything got done without any issues. Ultimately, my sale and purchase closed on the same day! I actually bought my new house for less that I sold my condo! Jason truly helped me achieve a miracle and I'll always work with him and the Lowery group moving forward. He's a paragon of professionalism and excellent customer service, and I'd recommend him to anyone searching for a home! Adding to my initial review above. I wrote that in 2020, and I'm writing this portion in 2024. Recently, Jason and Lori helped me purchase my first duplex! The customer service experience and support was just has high quality as it was before. I always recommend friends and family to them, when they are looking for a home!

I just wanted to tell everyone about my experience with the Lowery Group a part of Compass Reality. It was such a pleasure to work with Jason S Lowery Lori Smalls and Genesis Johnson selling my late brothers home. It started out with receiving a FedEx delivery from Compass Reality with a Jason S Lowery brochure packet inside. Inside the packet was a very nice layout of the Lowery Group telling his future client what he has to offer them with a lay out pictures of previous sales and what the group will do to get your property sold fast at a good price. Sold fast at a good price they did. The house sold in 3 days of listing with 13 offers, 4 at an all-cash deal, of course I accepted the highest bidder, plus I didnt have to do any repairs to the property. If I hadnt mention this before this was a PROBATE real estate sale. Lori Smalls did the probate paperwork with ease, and all the paper chasing she did without a single flaw. She found problems elsewhere and took care of the problem right away, which made everything go smoothly. From start to finish everything took about 45 days. They are quite a team that works well together. I will recommend anyone in need of a top notched realtor to reach out to them. Mr. Darensbourg

A year ago, I was the last person who would have recommended a realtor. Whats the point when I have redfin and Zillow? Well, after a few months of disappointing tours, my wife talked me into meeting with Jason. I did so with gritted teeth and my guard up certain that I would have to pay for a bogus service that I could have done on my phone. Im wrong a lot (ask my wife) and I was dead wrong about Jason! He was a gentleman since our first meeting and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. And let me say, we were not an easy client. First, we were set on East Los Angeles, then Hawthorne was better, followed by our stint in Monterey Park which was old news once Jason showed us beautiful pockets in South Los Angeles (I never would have thought this was an option for us). After about 70 tours, we went escrow on a to die for open floor plan that already smelled like a dry cab and charcuterie board. It felt as if rainbows were in the sky! Which was kind of true because LA had some crazy rainstorms before our house inspection. On the day of the inspection, I still remember the call from Jason, who of course showed up early to make sure the inspector was doing his job, he said this isnt it. We soon found out why. The foundation had flooded. The walls were soaked in with water. The beautiful house we were in escrow was built with too many corners missing and the rain revealed all the cracks. Jason was the first to tell us we had to back out. My wife and I were picky. Neither of us could agree on anything. Poor Jason. So, I couldnt believe after tons of houses and months of searching there was not a hint of pressure from Jason. I could tell he truly wanted what was best for us. We backed out of escrow and were back at the drawing board. After bouncing location on Jason again, we ended up in the Van Nuys area where we bought a beautiful home. Jason saved us money on the offer, got us additional money for repairs, and did it all with optimal contingencies. Remember how I was worried Jason would be an extra cost? He saved me money! There is no way I would have known to fight for the things he did. Our search consisted of over 100 houses, who knows how many custom route tours, and many laughs. Jason is a blast. My wife and I have been in our new home for over a month now and still get the friendly call or touch up email from Jason, who is checking in. The man is dedicated! I recommend Jason and the Lowery group without any hesitation. 11 out of 10!
