        I have not Bought or Rented any Buildings or Houses from Osgood Realty. I most definitely would do business with Osgood Realty when I do decide to .... I have done Residencial Maintenance . I was Paid on Time from start to finish.. Very easy going and Professional atmosphere...

        Bill is a conman and between him and the tweeker agent who represented me as a buyer & the home inspector they failed to disclose obvious water damage caused by swamp coolers. They knew I was out of state and would not be able to view the home and screwed me over. I am paying $1,800.00 to have the swamp coolers removed tomorrow as one has been damaged in the winds besides leaking. Beware of this guy!

        I cant thank Bill enough for his tireless effort in helping my wife and I find a starter home in JT! We didnt think we stood a chance as conventional buyers and made the process actually enjoyable! Professional, super nice, and so easy to work with thats Bill.
