Don't rent here. The office does nothing to fix any issues that come up. They will gaslight you till you finally just leave. No parking availability. Issues with pests. Loud neighbors. And if something gets damaged they won't be fixing any mistakes the complex should be liable for. Apartments are subpar for the price you pay. Kitchen counters are ply board with some covering easily damaged if it gets wet. Paint is so thick on the walls it chips off. Don't expect to get any help if you move in.

Krista from the Equity team made the entire move in process easy to handle! Ive been in my unit for a few days now and so far Im enjoying the experience.

I just called for availability after calling there sister property Promenade who referred me due to parking concerns, even sent over my information but when I call rather than wait for there call once the phone is picked up on their end there is only silence, then finally with attitude a male asked who speaking with I say then he asked 1 or 2 I say first tell the closest size it will depend if Ill need a 1 or 2 then he hung up. So I call back and its the sister company same women assuring they be calling me. I have yet to receive the emails I was told Id be receiving. I was asked why the move I explain everyone calls me snob or p*** a** rich guy.
So I didnt expect her to send over my info, for he didnt know my name and hung up when I bypassed his question in concern for mine- mine being associated with my needs. He hung up she says wait for there call.
I just want out of this house. Ciao

My man Rudy with maintenance is on top of it. I could ask for the smallest thing and I know I can depend on him to make it work. Overall I havent had any concerns that werent handled timely. Coming up on a year and I can say that Id like to continue my stay with Skycrest and the team.
