Where to startKristin is amazing! Apartment size and general layouts 5 stars. Location to things humans actually like to do 5 Stars. Dog run, kids playground and bike paths that cross through the city, 5 stars. The teams ability to listen to you and address things in the moment, 5 stars. Really no complaints and all love for the entire team here. Thank you guys!

Promenade at Town Center. Let me start by saying Ive lived here over a year and just signed a new lease.
Apartment living isnt for everyone. Living in a unit after someone who may or may not have been a clean person is never easy. Of course there are things that can improve. You will find it everywhere you go.
When I moved in to the complex I was met by ANA. She was friendly, polite, and truly made this place feel like home. I have lived in several complexes, and while they are all very customer oriented and friendly, ANA really went the extra mile to ensure the experience was exactly what it should be.
Now I have also heard she is leaving Equity Residential and that is truly going to be a loss felt around the community. Those are hard shoes to fill, but I want to thank ANA for setting the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service and the support needed here at Promenade.
