        The service was fast and friendly, and I appreciated the free tire air pressure check and battery terminal cleanup. However, there were a couple of issues that dampened my experience. Firstly, the final charge was higher than the initial quote given over the phone. For reference, I had provided the exact model, make, and year of my car, expecting an accurate estimate. Secondly, there was a problem with the handling of my car's skid plate. The mechanic, using an impact drill, over-tightened one of the bolts, causing it to lose its threads. This was concerning, but more so was the fact that it wasn't communicated to me. When I noticed and brought it up, the mechanic suggested it might have been an existing issue, which was not the case to my knowledge.
