Ventura County Credit Union - Ventura

I thought credit unions were good for loans, turns out the times have changed, and VCCU is the worst! Worst customer service, for both the Ventura location and the Port Hueneme location. No one ever gets back to you, you always have to call them. Every rep will tell you something different. Their favorite line is that "their computers are down, and we will need to call you back", which they never do. Someone from the call center told me that the employee turnover at these locations is high. Which only tells me that their business, just like their customer service, is in the toilet. Totally useless services and a totally useless bank. Please avoid at all costs!

They never have enough tellers Ill be standing in line for almost an hour. 2 tellers will be working and the other two say their stationed is closed. I work 8-5 so I can only come on my lunch break which is an hour long and Im always late going back. My work is only 5 minutes away. Its so ridiculous. They need to hire more help

Anthony & Safire were very friendly and made the process easy for me with my credit card. It was fast and they managed to help me with what I asked for. I recommend them to everyone. Very excellent service.
