If I had checked the reviews first, I'd never had consider this dry cleaners but, I didn't and went to get some sport jackets cleaned since I had to go to Lunardi's as well, however, before entering I noticed the "Free Speech Zone" placard flanked by two signs from the white nationalist/fascist blog and podcast, therightstuff, and immediately left. Unless you're an exclusively alt-right/extreme-right white Christian with a love of fascism, ethno-statism and anti-semitism, I'd recommend staying far away from this place, especially if you're Jewish.

This is just not a customer oriented business. It appears that return business is of no concern to them. Dropped off shirts for a cleaning, when picked up, a white shirt had light blue smudges. When asked about it, they simply responded with, "well, what'd you spill on it?" ... They agreed to try again only to return with yellow smudges ... Long story short, they attempted to charge for the additional cleanings.

PANTS, LOST OR STOLEN.I wish I could give negative stars.  I dropped off a pair of True Religion jeans, $225.00 cost, to be hemmed.  When I went to pick them up, the young girl at the counter told me I already did.  I told her I would check my closet and ask my husband if he picked them up.  Well, no pants at home, and my husband didn't pick them up.  I also checked both our debit accounts, (we don't use cash) and  neither had a charge from them.  I went there today to talk with the owner.  He was extremely rude and defensive and told me my story was "bullshit."  He said his computer showed I dropped off a pair of pants for dry cleaning, not hemming, and I already picked them up.  I have never dropped off anything for dry cleaning at this store, and I told him that.  He informed me that if the computer said it was dry cleaning, then that's what it was.  He looked on the rotating dry cleaning rack for my pants (20 seconds of his time) and then said that since they aren't on the finished dry cleaning rack, then I picked them up.  The young girl who took in the pants and I had a detailed conversation about how much we love True Religion jeans, the fit, etc.  I told the owner about the conversation and that I was sure she would remember the pants.  He pretty much accused me of lying and that the jeans were in my closet as we speak.  He further threatened to have me arrested if I come back, for hassling a business owner.  They are not to be trusted.

Haven't had a terrible experience. My clothes were cleaned. A little pricey. Probably will do elsewhere or just buy dryel and do dry cleaning at home.
