Don't waste your time and money trying to restore your items after a wildfire with this company. The good was that they were responsive in general. Most of my hand cleaned items came back smelling smoke free and feeling ok to touch. However all of my other clothing that was not listed dry cleaning is dry to touch, gives me a rash and just 2 weeks ago, I was stopped at the airport because of a high level of potential bomb making chemical on my clothing that I just unboxed from them. Save yourself the overall hassle and work for replacement of your clothing with your insurance. Their "green process" doesn't seem to be green.

The project manager assigned to my claim has been very responsive and helpful. I only wish our clothes were entirely clean and smoke-free. Some of the textiles we got back need some TLC and extra attention to be completely clean which I feel sort of defeats the purpose of having a fire restoration textile company in the first place. There's a lot of 3rd party companies involved in restoring your home and this gives me extra work to do, which obviously I don't enjoy.

Fire recovery of clothes and textiles to a level we didn't think was possible! Michelle is an angel who works miracles. With fires being what they are in California and getting worse all the time, CRDN is an important business to know about. Following a house fire, Michelle's crew kindly picked up a family member's bags of clothes that all were damaged by smoke and firefighters' foam. They returned them a few weeks later with 75% of the items, including backpacks, dress shirts, sweaters, t-shirts and jeans, completely clean and free of the smell of smoke. We are so thankful.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michelle and her team. After having a small house fire, that has turned into such a rough time in our lives, Michelle and her team have been so kind and compassionate to us. Not only did Michelle jump in and help us assemble a team of vendors to repair our home, she also answered my numerous questions about the process offering a kind ear and expertise about the fire restoration process. Michelle's team handled all soft goods cleaning and electronic cleaning and all of her staff were prompt and helpful. Of all the vendors used during this process, CRDN was the absolute best. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself dealing with a fire.

I am so grateful to CRDN for the service and help they provided in a time of crisis. After a three alarm fire in my building, I was happy to learn that no one was injured and that my apartment was not destroyed. However the asbestos disbursal resulting from the fire rendered my home uninhabitable and everything in it contaminated.The displacement was a blow, especially as I don't have renter's insurance. The worst part was coming to terms with the massive loss, much of my worldly possessions would have to be surrendered. Without insurance, I just couldn't afford the cost of salvaging most of my belongings as this required professional movers in full on hazmat suits to do the item by item cleaning, packout and then storage. When I reached out to CRDN, I was feeling quite discouraged but left a message inquiring about the cost of having clothing professionally cleaned. Michelle returned my call promptly and, after hearing me out, offered to have our items serviced free of charge. She was kind and gracious. A crew came out to my place of work to both pick and drop off the clothing, all work was completed within the timeframe quoted. The customer care was beyond outstanding. There is a lot of profit to be made from people's misfortunes. I was shocked and very disheartened by the money gouging attitudes of many vendors I encountered along the way, from environmental hygienists to movers. Being compassionate and human matters. I felt such a tremendous relief when CRDN took on the job and offered me and my family this gift in our time of need. It may seem like small stuff in the grand scheme of things, but it was such a joy to get our clothing back...after so much has been lost.... thank you doesn't even begin to cover it. Moral of the story: have renter's insurance and use CRDN, they act with a conscience and provide truly excellent service.
