Did such poor job on alteration and expensive It ruined the weddingHe was so unprofessional tooTelling me I had to come back and wear the dress again with the right shoes to make it perfect. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Also overcharged me and called me too many times it was incredibly creepyDon't go here

I've been going here for years. They have fair prices, quick turn around a if needed and they're always pleasant. I know the gentleman by name now and he always shakes my hand when I stop in. I moved recently but still drove the extra distance to take dry cleaning here because of the good service and friendly faces.

We've been going to this cleaner ever since we moved into the area. We've gotten along well with the owner but recently my wife took in a new formal dress to get altered for $80 which they sent offsite to an outside alteration service. When it came back, it had a pen mark on it. We notified the mark as we took it to the car. We came back and showed him the mark. He immediately got defensive and said 'we don't work with pens'. I looked down and showed him the bucket of pens on his counter and he said they couldn't have done it. I said 'maybe it was the alteration person' and he said 'they don't work with pens, they are professionals'. I said 'everyone has pens and anyone can make mistakes. I'm a professional and I make mistakes.'  He told me gruffly 'I'll treat it; sit down'. He was able to get the mark out which is great but the customer service was not good. I understand everyone has a bad day but to blame the customer for a mark on a new dress doesn't feel like the best choice.

Do not use Norge Cleaners - you have better options.  By not following my simple instructions they ruined a $400.00 piece.  Even after being shown a receipt for its replacement, they refused to reimburse me for the cost and had to be sued.   They don't take responsibility for their product, will blame "the plant" for their mistakes and will act like your best friend at the same time.   Don't go there, there are better options.
