It's my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfy. Hotel staff is friendly.
Valet is the only option for parking (can be a burden at rush hours).
For breakfast, there's a very basic buffet at weekends, there's not much choice in foods and beverage. On weekdays it's a la carte (15-20$), but the service is very very slow.

I waited a long time at check in, then was given keys to a room that was already OCCUPIED! I went back down to the front desk and they said that same thing had been happening all day because the system was out (and apparently there's no backup plan, such as making note of which rooms had already been assigned. I was terrified all night that some random person would walk in while I was sleeping. And I got a phone call -waking me up - to ask if the room was occupied. Safety should be the #1 concern of any hotel and I was not safe. Will NEVER stay there again.

Everyone here is friendly and ready to help if needed. Valet is the only option for parking. They are fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
My only complaint was the pillow(s). Absolutely the worst I have had to use in quite some time.
Noteworthy details: Valet only and it adds $30 a night.
