Knockoff products also dishonest and falsifying employees, the manager was also the worst, kept lying and giving false information just to do anything but not give quality products. stay away from this team. their whole entire team are liars.

We bought a couch 10 weeks ago. We were promised to receive it within 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks still nothing. As a customer I have to follow up myself to get any information. Furniture City is refusing to take responsibility by pointing the finger to the manufacturer. 10 weeks later still only little information and employees with little care.

Avoid this place. We bought a mattress, and it was delayed. We talked to Steve who was supper rude and hang up on us. Then we talked to Omar who identified as store manager and asked us to come to the store to pick it up the items which were not delivered.

Steve is a wonderful salesman, he took great care of us. We ordered living room, dining room, bedroom set and everything looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this store to anyone and ask for Steve. He went out of his way for us and a true professional that cares about his client. Love Furniture city west hills!!!!
