Brought a new chair

I wait for at least an hour on hold for their service department to pick up. Once they do, the part isnt in and hasnt been delivered nearly when promised. I called the service line during published hours and theyre already gone for the day. I wont buy from La Z Boy again. They are aptly named. In addition to this review, I've called back two other times. Now, they can't even track the part that was ordered since they can't find it. The service person on the phone had to ask me what part was ordered since she wasn't able to find it in the data base. I remarked that this situation is troublesome. She said, "YA, IT'S CHAOTIC HERE." I then said I will do another one star rating.

I would not purchase anything from this store again. I worked with the manager and she typed in my address incorrectly. The sofa delivery was really late because they couldn't find my address. Then when the love seat I ordered was delivered, it wasn't a love seat, but another couch-- which I did not order. Now its taking a really long time to get my love seat. My work schedule is really busy and I went to La-Z-Boy because I needed a reputable company to work with. I haven't experienced such poor customer service and inattention to detail in a really long time. Will never go back and would definitely not recommend.

My wife and I decided to buy a reclinering love seat to make TV viewing a bit more comfortable. LA-Z-BOY HOME FURNISHINGS had excellent Google reviews, so we drove over to their West Hills store to take a look and try a few chairs. Their massive display floor is filled with furniture vignettes. All are available to "test drive." You know: press buttons, check the back support, understand the features, feel for comfort, and try to imagine how this new furniture will fit our life style. Our salesperson, Joy, spent over two hours showing us reclinering chairs, loveseats, and couches. She helped us pick features and colors. Joy demonstrated the difference in foam paddings by having us sit on several floor samples. There are large fabric swatches to make color selection easier. It took us a couple of hours of sitting, button pushing, and comparing to reach a decision. Construction of our custom made loveseat will take six to eight weeks. It will be delivered and setup in our home.* I am not an attorney, but as read it, their warranty covers one year on manufacturing defects, five years on motors and labor. Mechanical parts are covered by a lifetime warranty. STUFF: Free parking in their ADA lot. Everything's wheelchair accessible. The restrooms are spotless. A free bottle of water was offered. * Four weeks after placing the order our loveseat arrived. A 3 man delivery team moved our old furniture, assembled the power loveseat, and demonstrated the controls. It worked perfectly. And it is just as comfortable as store's sample.

My couch is inferior, and they will not honor what is wrong with the couch. The seeming is terrible where it is sound together they will only give me a mechanism to make one chair . I suggest nobody buy a couch from them. Lazy boy included go to the Lazy boy site of dissatisfaction before you buy.
