I'm really disappointed here. I don't understand why the rating is so high. They didn't even manage to remove the stains from my clothes, and on top of that, they completely ruined the fabric. They assured me they'd rewash my clothes and said it would be done by last Wednesday, but there's been no communication. I called again on Friday, and they said they'd get back to me on Monday. Yet, I still haven't heard anything. They've done this to my Brunello Cucinelli dress... I'm incredibly let down.

Highest quality service. I brought in a long designer dress and Chanel tweed jacket to get dry cleaned. They took excellent care of my precious items, removed the buttons on the jacket to prevent any damage and both came back perfect. The manager is very kind. I will definitely come back!

Went here for the first time for dry cleaning. Took a nice long dress which I was hesitant to washand they took really good care of it. The dress was a cotton and lace material which was extremely delicate and needed to be handled gently. The other items I brought was jacket, dress shirt which was also nicely cleaned and hung and packaged carefully. They did an amazing job! I will continue to take all my dresses and high end items here to clean. Highly recommend for anyone in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills area! Edit: Thank you for the repair services for the pants I brought in. I see there is a male that is constantly working at the sewing machines in the front and he is great.
