Brought in a navy blue suit with white accents that had been improperly cleaned (blue bled into the white) by another dry cleaners and Chris (owner) hand cleaned the suit for me with care. I brought a few dresses and two pairs of pants for alterations in late 2023, and was helped by Suren and Judy, who were great. Picked them up a week later, tossed them in the back of my closet without trying them on, and forgot about them until packing for vacation two months later. When I went to try them on, I saw that one of the dresses somehow wasnt altered, and instead of calling them first to ask what happened, I came to reviews to complain . Despite this, Suren and his brother went out of their way to call me personally, find out what happened, and make it right. Zero defensiveness, zero passing the blame onto their tailor, just an immediate lets fix this for you. You cant get that kind of customer service most places these days and I really appreciate that. Plus the rest of the alterations were done beautifully, professionally, and very affordably. Additionally, if you watch how Suren and his brother treats all their employees, its easy to see why Shirts N Skirts does such great business. Their work is professional, but more than anything, theyre really good people. Five stars, no notes, and thank you for letting me be surly when the solution was so easy to begin with. Theyre officially stuck with me.
