    Hi we have untreated pest problem that makes holes in fabric its been extremely difficult to manage on our own without any assistance from management we have not received adequate treatment or support, I spend tons of time cleaning the unit due to this issue. We only had one inspection months ago it was really annoying and not helpful. I even had professional cleaning company deep cleaning the unit. Nothing helped Its a horrible situation and has been going on for months. If the pest control cant see physical bugs they dont treat even though they see the damage to fabrics. And acknowledge there is an issue it has been left unresolved. I think that since I complained we have been treated with some scrutiny as well. Including frivolous complaints for basically anything. The building has safety concerns, we just had an expensive package stolen from our front door. Only digital locks for doors that prove to be not as safe as physical keys. apparently many transient people have access to the building through delivery and various other means. in my opinion not enough measures are taken to secure the building. The only Resource I was given was to file a police Report regarding the bike and package theft. We have never experienced so much theft in such a short period of time in any other building in the USA. Inside the unit the quality of appliances are pretty cheap and outdated. There is barely enough hot water in the apartment for bath or laundry purposes if you enjoy HOT water. the electric meter seems to have low voltage, if you use multiple outlets it jumps. I have raised my concern on several occasions but was not given a solution regarding the water temperature the only explanation was that they keep the setting in the building lower, I can only assume this is a way to save money otherwise there is no logic not having true hot water available. The light fixture in the kitchen fell through the ceiling on my son during dinner, this was fixed the next day but was not a great experience either we were never compensated. we decided to upgrade some of the appliances to more modern models they provide older cheap type of washing machine that does not clean clothes properly and bounces around the laundry room, they offered pads to muffle the bounces but no option to replace it even though it is not cleaning and very noisy. I was advised that some of the appliances are low quality catered towards student who dont do much laundry or household activities. Our mailbox is in a different building separate from ours so I find myself trying to locate different packages and mail since there isn't a designated space for packages in our building. many delivery drivers are confused where the packages can be delivered especially after hours. there is an Amazon locker in the complex but not all drivers have access to these lockers. this creates confusion for some deliveries. The bike locker was broken into and my sons bike was stolen apparently by someone that had a code to the room since there are so many people that can access the room and anyone can share these codes with strangers from outside. it was a horrible experience since we never received any assistance only a recommendation to file a police report. parking bicycles outside of the unit is not safe either since there are plenty of bike thieves in the area. we ended up sacrificing a room in the unit to keep our bikes safe since the locker or rack are not secure enough. some of the amenities in the community are nice and convenient but this comes at the expense of the quality inside the unit and some safety issues regarding theft. no help treating the moth or beetle issue that is very frustrating since I dont know what else to do. We reached out to management no help there. Tons of emails some are extremely frivolous announcements. We just had an inspection to make sure no shoes are left outside this is a new code that is really annoying. No pets in the community areas but students are allowed to be so noisy that my husband had to stop using the work space.

    Definitely a place where they take pride on the appearance from the property to the personnel. Take the time in making it a nice secure clean place for the residents seems like they are out and about taking care of the property all the time. The convenience of having a big parking lot, for the residents and visitors. And the convenience of having a lot of places to go. From going to go get a bite to eat to being able to go get all daily essentials everything a walking distance.

    No ones perfect, but the Reve is pretty dang close! Ive lived in a few different apartments/houses in Boulder with different landlords and none of them even come close to what the Reve has to offer. The amenities are so nice, it kind of feels like living in a resort. You can see the place when you tour, so I mostly want to talk about how the building is run, since that is what really makes this place stand out. I havent had a great renting experience in Boulder, so when I got to the Reve I was a little skeptical, no way they are just that great. Ive been here for about 10 months now and I can confidently say they ARE just that great! It actually feels like what they do is in the residents best interests. For example, the dog park was really dark at night so a few residents asked if they would put lights in. A few weeks later, there were lights in the dog park. They maintain this building like no other. I always see Mark, Troy, Kenny, Heather, and Estefania around the grounds making sure this place is sparkling and everything is working! My dog loves getting treats and pets from them when we see them. David, Luanne, Justin, and Cat from the office are all amazing, they are just right downstairs and there if we need anything. Cat is like the building dog mom! My dog, Lulu, and I love dropping into the office to get treats and chat with everyone. They really try to get to know every resident here, so even though the complex is large, you still have that small-building feel. They always have little goodies for us like bagels, donuts, pizza, etc. Then, they have parties once in a while like wine Wednesday, holiday parties, and pool parties, which are so fun! Its been a great way to get to know the other residents and really makes this place feel like home. I love that a lot of the Reve team is usually there too, it gives the residents a chance to get to know them better. They also have a pet of the month which is so adorable! My dog got it last month and they gave her the cutest bark box! I definitely think the Reve is the place to be! By far one of the nicest buildings in Boulder, you get what you pay for. One thing to consider if you are choosing an apartment is one that isnt right off the main streets if you are sensitive to noise. Its nothing terrible (definitely not a deal breaker), but naturally if you are on a main intersection like we are, youll hear more sirens and car noise. At the end of the day, I absolutely LOVE living here and dont plan on leaving until I leave Boulder :). Thank you Reve!

    Living here is a true luxury. I moved here about 9 months ago from out of state and it has been an absolute dream. Weve lived in plenty of different luxury apartments in Tampa Bay and NYC and NOTHING compares to Reve. From the beginning, they made the whole process so easy. I was able to handle all of the paperwork remotely and everyone at the leasing office went out of their way to accommodate especially since I was arriving in the middle of the night. They set everything up for me ahead of time so I could access my front door using the keypad and I didnt have to wait until the next day to get in. Our townhouse was in immaculate condition upon arrival and we were even greeted with a gift basket. The kitchen appliances and W/D are practically brand-new and we love having a Nest thermostat on each floor. The flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures are all great quality. Reve is constantly hosting giveaways, contests, and events several times each month. The common areas are always squeaky clean and the amenities are wonderful. The buildings, mailrooms, and parking garages are extremely secure as they require codes for entry through every door and elevator. I have an Amazon hub locker right in my building. The staff comes second to none. Everyone at the leasing office is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but Cat truly goes above and beyond. She treats us like we are the only ones living here and immediately takes care of any concerns we have. The maintenance team is excellent as well. The grounds are always kept in beautiful condition. Snow is shoveled and ice melt is put down throughout the day and night. I will wake up sometimes at 5am and its already done. 24 hour patrol adds an extra layer of security. I could go on and on. Living here is easy. Never want to leave!

Hello Shelley, We appreciate you taking time to leave your experience here. After visiting your home to review the appliance concerns you voiced, we determined that the appliances work as intended. They are in fact quality appliances that are 1 1/2 years old and we would not replace them unless it was needed. We would be happy to show you where the mail room is for your building. It is just across from yours as are the HUB lockers. As far as pest control goes, we offered the inspection to determine if in fact you had pests. Our pest control vendor determined that you do not but left traps for you regardless. We have a boiler system for our buildings and the heat for the water can only be set as high as we have it. We have addressed the concerns you have brought to us and the answers we have provided remain in line with the assessments we have made. Please continue to reach out with additional service requests.
