Mark, the owner, was extraordinarily helpful in getting my sons car fixed as quickly as possible. He was very responsive and provided constant updates on timing. He and the whole company were a pleasure to work with.

Extremely disappointed. We have used them in the past and had good service. Recently tried to take a car in and wow. Night and day difference for the worst. Rude receptionist followed by dismissive estimator and zero communication. Will be taking this vehicle and future vehicles elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. Colorado coach has car for 7 weeks due to a muffler issue. When asked for an estimate of time because one hasnt been received yet secretary calls the owner of the vehicle a liar and come to find out the estimate was not sent because of Colorado coach misspelling the email of the owner and refusing to reach out by phone. By far the worst body shop I have dealt with in quite some time. Equal service to back ordering parts that are already on the shelf to milk insurance.

Meh. I have brought 2 cars to Colorado Coach and the work they did was excellent to say the least. So I brought my son's car in today to ask for an estimate. First glance I was told that the repair would be no less than $10K. Then I was told my car was not worth the cost of the repair. Probably totaled (check insurance). I had a few questions, which were answered but I got the feeling my car was not worth Colorado Coach's time. When I went to 2 other auto body shops I was told the repair was most likely between 4-6K. I mentioned possibly being totaled and that was dismissed because of the mileage of the vehicle. CC didn't even ask the mileage. Both the other body shops gave the same estimate and spoke to me about the same reasons. I'm left with a bit of distaste for how I was treated. If you have a high end car though, this place is for you and the work they do is solid, but expensive. -CH in Boulder

Seriously take your car anywhere else and save time, money, and headache. I am a 50 year old man who drives a VW, and had never been in an accident before this incident. Because I had to bring my Alltrack to a certified VW autobody shop and I currently live in Boulder, I brought it to Colorado Coach. They had to replace 2 doors and a bumper. After 5 WHOLE MONTHS, they finally got my car back to me -- unfinished. They promised that they will complete it "when the rest of the parts come in." That was over a month ago. They gave my car back with several issues that make it almost undrivable. There's an incredibly annoying alert (beep) that goes off every couple minutes and is very distracting. The tint on the front driver's glass needs to be re-done. It looks like a child installed it and is wavy and hard to see the mirror through. They also scratched and ruined some interior trim pieces that were not involved in the accident (which now are on the parts list to be replaced when I bring the car back). I will say that the doors and bumper look good but the car is still not done (over 6 months, for those keeping score at home) and I picked it up unfinished. Despite the fact that the work is incomplete, they would not relinquish my car without me paying in full. I tried to compromise with them, and said I would pay some amount now and finish paying when the work was complete, especially due to their current track record. They REFUSED to GIVE ME MY KEY ,STILL WASN'T COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYING FULL PRICE FIRST. That was over a month ago and I have not heard anything since: no call, follow up, or any idea when (or even if) the work would ever be completed. This whole process has left me completely disappointed, angry, and unsatisfied. Over the course of the time they had my car, they were not willing to help with a loaner or rental (after 4+ months). I asked for some sort of discount or help at all paying for a rental, as insurance and car payments were piling up. I spoke to the owner, Mark, who was not willing to do anything at all as far as any customer service goes. The only time I got a fast response was the one time I left a negative review. However, we did at one point have an argument that got to where he was screaming at me and I hung up. There is zero customer service whatsoever! They make you pay for everything before it's done. Better off taking your VW to Kansas. After the car was finally finished after a full 7 months, my car was returned with a ding in the brand new door. They were supposed to fix a few things that they messed up, once I gave the ok for them to bill my insurance directly Mark charged my insurance for the shotty work that they were supposed to cover, billing my insurance for their crappy work. Cory is also very dis honest. I live in Boulder over 25 years always support local. No Way is that true in this case !Do yourself a favor and go to a good body shop that won't overcharge your insurance and give you your car back with a ding on a brand new door. Worst experience ever with any business in 50 years. Just remembered how awful this experience was!!!
