Amazing place to live! The staff is very responsive and genuinely seem to care about each resident. There are amazing amenities that are actually kept up very well. Special shout out to our leasing agent Alexandra who is just the most genuine person. If you are considering the move, do it!!

I have never been more upset about looking at reviews for this complex. We have been here for some time now and have had such an amazing experience with everyone here. Not only the pricing from what we came from after leaving our old place and the hospitality of the leasing center agents and the maintenance workers. I truly am speechless. Just take a second and talk to these amazing people and take a walk around the complex. Not only trails but an amazing dog park, great community and the beautiful front range.

I just moved from Bell Broomfield. I have read some of the other reviews, which seem to indicate that other people have not had a great experience. So I can only speak for myself, but my experience was fantastic, and I was sad to leave. Courtney, Hailey, and Alexandra were awesome. Anytime I needed something, they were always very helpful and kind. I never had any problem with the water bills like mentioned in some other reviews. But that was just my experience. The amenities all received upgrades during the second half of 2023. So everything is in really great shape. The fitness center is really great for an apartment complex fitness center. Some people mention that the trash bins are always overflowing. And while it is true that they do sometimes overflow, they do always get picked up. Plus, they are not out in the open, they are in an enclosed area so the only way you really notice that they are overflowing is if you walk inside or if the door is left open. Many apartment, complexes, struggle with having enough parking. But that was rarely a problem for me here. Unless I was getting home very late at night, there were always spaces available. Overall, I give this apartment complex really high marks. Its a safe, well-maintained community with lots of walking trails and sidewalks around the area. Plus, its on the outskirts of town, so you are away from the hustle and bustle. I really enjoyed my time at this apartment complex!

Edit 01/17/24: Bell Broomfield's response below tells me that the leasing office here is not communicating resident complaints. Either that or the corporate office is flat out lying. Either way, not great. We have talked to the leasing office multiple times about the package room. We have also escalated the Dwelo issue time and time again. Their response is essentially to say "yeah it sucks" and wave us off. OP: Ever since the complex became Bell Broomfield, it has gotten worse and worse. And more expensive. So residents are paying more...for less. No regard for resident safety or security. Wasting money on "upgrades" (which they raised rent to pay for) but still have not done anything to address the package room issue. All packages for the entire complex go in one tiny, open room that anybody can access. Your packages WILL go missing. The leasing office does not care. No enforcement of leash rules. Our leashed dogs have been attacked twice by loose dogs on routine walks. No regard for residential privacy. Maintenance will enter your unit when you are not home and then leave without locking the door behind them. Has happened to us twice now. They keep closing down advertised "amenities" for upgrades so don't let them fool you with that as a selling point. The pool was closed more often than not this season. The Dwelo smart app doesn't work but they will still charge you the convenience fee for it. When we told them it isn't working, we were told to take it up with Dwelo...who will only talk to a representative of the apartment company. Still paying for a service they refuse to provide us. They blocked access to our balcony and required all plants and furniture be removed for a pressure wash and paint project. Our balcony never did get the promised spruce but all of our plants died. Thanks Bell, you're swell! Wish I knew how to file formal complaints with the housing authority here. One star is too generous. You're better off at Stonegate across the street.
