        Ive been with these guys for homeowners insurance for a couple years now. My homeowners insurance premium increased unexpectedly. I tried emailing and leaving a voicemail here and havent heard back in weeks.

        I have been with them for several year's yet I call and talk with Breann get told she will call me back the next week and it has been a 2 months. I call and Bill answers tells me Breann is on the other line ask him to have her call me with 45 min until they close and no call back. Call 5 min before they are supposed to close and of course nobody answers. This has happened several time's and is starting to become bothersome. If you are supposed to CARE then call your client's back.
