I rarely leave reviews. But in this case, I had to let folks know how pleased I was with the service I received. First, the price was $1000.00 cheaper than the other 2 bids that I got. Second, the quality of service and timely installation was extraordinary. The work was completed in 45 minutes as stated by the owner when he arrived. The most professional and quality work I've ever had. Thanks again.

We just moved to CS and contacted Ace before our move to replace the 18 yo water heater. He was extremely easy to work with and he texted me to let me know he and Austin would be a few minutes late. They were done in about 35 minutes and you would never know they were here as everything was clean and neat. He fixed a piece of pipe that someone had partially cut through and not fixed. I absolutely recommend Ace and Water Heater Pros if you need a water heater.

Amazing service. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable about all things water heaters. I was able to talk with Ace and lean on his expertise regarding which new water heater I should replace my old one with. I would highly recommend Water Heater Pros!
