This was my first time getting red wings and the experience was amazing. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of boots and what they do to help you get around the job. He made the sizing process actually fun and not a hassle. My boots fit perfectly and feel amazing. Thank you.

Ive been hesitant to write this review for sometime but after trying to warranty my second pair of boots through this store Ive had enough. I own four pair of redwing heritage boots not including my wifes. When I called to ask if I could warranty the 3190s I bought 3-4 months ago that have failed stitching on multiple points of the boot I was told I had to go through a local cobbler that I had work done before through and was terrible. I asked to have them shipped to redwing corporate and was told they cant do that and it would be 150 dollars for that to be done, not through warranty but for a total rebuild. They are only 3 months old! So I called redwing corporate office and they informed me that was a lie and not to worry now they are shipping me a total new pair of boots. Redwing as a company is great but the two stores in the springs are ran by the same money hungry scum bag that has sized me wrong twice the second time I didnt let happen. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate owned store in Denver. Dont waist your time with Rocky either.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ive never had my foot measured like that and the specific insoles are amazing.
