        This is the WORST Customer Service I have ever received from ANY company. I have waited to hear back from Clark's since 12/16/19 for a call back and it is now 1/2/20. Also sent email on 12/16/19 and have NOT heard back by email or phone as requested. All this just to get a refund. Love the shoes and have spend $100s of dollars on their shoes - but NO MORE!! Get your act together. Now I have sent another email and now this review...still on hold 23 minutes later being told to wait and wait and wait and wait...This review is for the Corporate office - NOT the Briargate Store - they are GREAT!!! And STILL on hold...
