Alexan Julian Luxury Apartments

Ive lived at Alexan Julian for 6 months and love it here. Ive filed two maintenance requests and both times Alex contacted me within the hour with a plan to get things fixed. Definitely recommend.

Weve had a great experience since moving in here. We needed a place quickly and Anita was super helpful in getting us set up within 1 day. She was so kind and helpful with all of our questions since we didnt have much apartment experience. Community wise everyone is super friendly and its a very pet friendly complex. There is a dog park close by and an overall its a great neighborhood to walk around in plus its a short walk to shops/places to eat on Tennyson. We have felt super safe here and the amenities have been fantastic. The building is also always super clean! Additionally Alex, the manager is always so quick to help if you have any issues and we just cant express how great the staff is here!

I put in a work order in for a plumbing issue we were having and Colton was there in under an hour and was able to fix it in no time. The maintenance staff here is the best from any apartment building I have ever lived in by far I constantly see them keeping this place functioning and looking great.
