Windsor at Broadway Station Apartments

I would agree with other 1 star reviews that this building and management service are pretty bad. There is always something broken in the building. The elevator has been broken for over a month, fire alarms have gone off for no reason multiple times, the fire alarm lights continued to go off in the garage for over 2 weeks, etc. Also, when it came time to renew or end our lease, the management service handled things poorly. Wouldnt recommend.

We hate it here. Something in the building is always broken. Usually the elevator, occasionally security doors and fire alarms. They do not get fixed promptly, or for long. The first time I had a visitor over, his car was robbed. I would describe the leasing office's behavior during our renewal as predatory.

Pretty typical landlord experience. Service regarding rent and finances is great! However, the building seems to have routine issues such as fabs doors not working, fire alarm lights being on in the parking garage for over 1-2 weeks, and the parking garage elevator being out indefinitely, and the trash room being routinely full.

There are often maintenance issues that last several weeks like doors that stick or a broken elevator for over two weeks now. You cant enter the stairs near the elevator so you literally have to walk a city block to get to accessible stairs. The elevator in the parking garage is also broken. Its been at least three weeks on that one. Im lucky Im not disabled or injured because getting up to the third floor would be impossible.
