        The location and the building are great! Beautiful views, and I loved the one bedroom with a den floor plan. Oksana is very helpful and personable. I highly recommend.

        I visited the York today. The lobby and common spaces are beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and professional. I enjoyed my tour of the building. Highly recommend taking a look here if you are in the market.

        The lobby is clean, the employees seemed happy and excited to show the place. They were very nice and you just feel that it's managed well. I looked at 10 apartments in the area and this was the one. It felt safe for my family and gave me a great base so I could launch my career. The Kendrick was very nice too. I won't mention names but many of the other places smelled like a cheap bar in the community spaces. I want my home to smell clean, no fragrance please. Just clean. Fresh air is a must if I'm going to live there. A few of the other places would have been great but not the smell.
