    I've lived there for a year. The apartment was good, clean, and quiet, and maintenance was always on time. However, the utility charges are pretty expensive. For example, for extending my stay by just 2 days, I got hit with a $60bill! The leasing office is terrible at communicating. One thing that really stands out is I havent received my deposit back after 9 months, despite their acknowledgment. They keep saying, Were going to send it, but nothing happens.

    It's disappointing that Radiant falls short of its promises despite the hefty price tag for a one-bedroom apartment. (Almost $3,000 a month) Additional charges like the $80 online rent payment are added every month to make things worse. Also, the lack of compassion for residents during prolonged power and heat outages is incredibly disappointing. They didnt reply to any of my messages when it happened. While the apartments may appear appealing initially, it is far from it.

    My experience at Radiant has been amazing! The property is beautiful, the amenities are top tier, the apartments are spacious given the location, and it is also centrally located which I love. Its walking distance from so many great food places and bars but also has a neighborhood feel given the park, school, and homes surrounding it. I have personally never had any issues with the homelessness or my property such as my vehicle not being secure as the entire building is only accessible by fob and the garage is always closed! The property is well kept (a bonus is it always smells good everywhere in the building!!) and the leasing team here is awesome and responsive! Whatever you need they take care of it with no issues and even when issues have arisen they are quick to find a solution and make all the residents comfortable. Not only that, but them as well as the apartment life team are always planning fun events with food and drinks! I love the apartment manager Lindsay! She is very accessible and is always the face of communication which is awesome because at some apartments its so hard to get in touch with the manager. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for downtown living!
