    went on a tour, and fell in love with the apartments! I walked in, but the leasing agent Lucille was accommodating and took us on a tour immediately! she was very friendly and professional. The rooms look wonderful and I'm excited about potential moving in

    My apartment maintenance team needs to be replaced. Their extreme negligence and indifference has caused extreme danger. They have allowed a known leak to persist for the last three months. Whenever it rains or snows massive amounts of water pour through this top floor door next to my apartment. The water inside the trash can and other containers came from the last four days. They have done this to catch the same amount of water in the last few months Can you imagine the damage their negligence has caused. It seems like I care more about the building and the residents safety than the maintenance people do. Some of my outlets don't work now and my lights flicker. This leak is next to a control room as well. I smelled smoke and had to call the tire department. The next day no action has been taken. I pay 2000 a month and this is in front of my apartment. I am afraid of mold or an electrical fire. I have complained that there is some one unauthorized on the roof and been dismissed. In the middle of the night I can here someone above my ceiling. making noise My climate control goes in and out as well. They acted like I was a problem by speaking up. I am quite sure the unauthorized person allowed on the roof that is there in the middle of the night is the cause of damage What are you trying to hide? Unless your maintenance person let them up there. Perhaps that explains their unprofessional attitude and negligent inattention. .Someone was above my apartment causing damage The head maintenance man and his assistant Jeremy are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so badly I work six days a week so I could live somewhere I could be proud of. I can't wait to move

    Why is everything here broken? Garage door has been broken since September, 3 out of 4 treadmills and 1 bike in the gym have been broken since before I even moved in last spring, the weight machines in the gym are on the fritz, and the half of the gates to the pool area are stuck. Management acknowledges these issues if you bring them up but wont do anything to fix them.
