Ive been living in these apartments for 2 years and right now its not been good at all . Theres always issues, whether theres no hot water available or the laundries are not working. Currently there hasnt been hot water for more than a week pushing 2 weeks. Additionally, Ive also had 2 vehicles stolen from here in the same month. I guess security just doesnt do their job well here. For rent being almost $2000 for a 2 bed I would expect it to be better. When I tell the office people what happened they simply say Im so sorry about that and just basically shrug it off. Like what, they dont even care?! Now, the new system in place for parking is bad because the website itself doesnt work. It doesnt allow me to register all the vehicles even though I was told I had use a different account per lease holder which I tried to do but it wouldnt allow me to. Just today my vehicle had gotten towed without any warning paper put whatsoever even though I live here and the plates are registered to this address. When we ask the office people again what can be done they simply say we cant do anything for you instead of actually trying to do their best to reach out to the ones in charge. Today I had to get my vehicle out of the impound and they charged me $500 which is crazy!! Its almost as if a sketchy business is being made off of this. Instead of trying to fix the boiler, they worry more about taking and towing residents vehicles. Plus, theres also been big rodents that run around outside and inside the apartments. I just wouldnt recommend anyone living here because of all the headaches u have to go through.
