        Nod Hernandez (maintenance at The Economist) was extremely helpful in getting my units smoke detector changed in a timely manner after I submitted a maintenance request. He was very helpful and fixed the issue in only a couple of minutes.

        Moved in recently, have had great experiences with Nod, Jessica, & Keylie. Had some super minor issues in the apartment (one of them, I'm embarrassed to say, was fixed by nothing more than resetting the breaker. So sad I didn't check.) Anyway, I mentioned it in passing to Jessica, and five minutes later Nod was upstairs, and *didn't* make me feel like a fool for the issue resolved by resetting the breaker, and the replaced the toilet plunger fixture in like 2 minutes.

        Not a resident but I want to be! Had a tour this morning and Keely ( I hope I spelled it right, sorry if not ) was soooo nice. Very informative and helpful, and the apartment itself was very nice! Amenities look great, especially the gym and rooftop. I look forward to submitting my app, this place looks amazing!
