Went in to cash a check from their own bank and provided all necessary documents 2 forms of ids I didnt feel welcome by the teller who helped me. From the very first second to the last bit of her just counting the money and leaving it on the table scattered for me to pick up. That was very unprofessional! You guys always wonder why I dont bring my money and business over well now you know why. I will definitely go to another 1st bank.

Not very happy with First Bank too many hidden fees that they fail to disclose with the customer.

Worst bank ever!! People are good, but I hate having to do anything with this bank! Nothing works, no customer service! Do not choose this bank. I feel like a hostage because I have so many accounts connected to my bank. Please do yourself a favor, get a real bank, before it's too late.
