I hate that I have to post this review because I worked for Sally's many years ago. I ordered 3 products online to be picked up in the store. Demi gloss, processing solution & conditioning sealer. Received an email confirmation & order ready email. I had to choose a store much further away because the closer stores were out of stock. Went to pick up my order to find out they were out of stock of the gloss & solution. All they had was a $2 conditioning packet. Sally's needs to send an email to let the customer know they were sold out of the items. The Sally employee who prepared my order didn't stop to think about calling me, so I didn't drive all the way down their to pick up a $2 conditioning packet!! Another employee told me I could mix the demi gloss with a 10 developer. I declined because I know how the generic gloss redken shades eq work. It's not entirely Sally's employees' fault. I should've looked at my email, but still no common courtesy these days!
