This place has terrible service. The first time I went I took my Dads coat and a romper and somehow it got misplaced. I went to pick it up and they said they had no record of it. I was upset as the coat and romper cost about $300 and I payed $30+ for the services. A year later I took another coat of mine. Told them I wanted to sew it. Didnt call me to pick it up until months later (I had forgotten about it as this was a test run of their services) and when I picked it up they didnt even fix it so I payed extra for services they didnt even do.

I have used Dry Clean USA services over the past 10 years. They have provided expected and requested service. They willing to answer questions and give suggestions to address detailed clothing concerns I present upon drop off. Thank you for your professional and courteous service over the years.

I just called and spoke with the owner. She is super friendly and was helpful in answering all of my questions. Looking forward to using their services when I travel in and out of Denver. They are right by the airport and it sounds like their turnaround time is great!!! Thanks!
