Rebecca assisted me in finding the right furniture for my living room, and was very helpful (and patient) in my decision making process. I ended up ordering a sofa and two console cabinets, which arrived last week. Unfortunately, the media console had some damage that I didn't notice until the weekend when i was putting some items inside the cabinet. The other two pieces arrived in great condition, though. All their furniture has a limited lifetime warranty, so I contacted Joybird support and they will be sending me a replacement piece and picking up the damaged one.
Update - the replacement media console has been delivered and the damaged one was picked up as promised.

My husband and I ordered the Bryant sofa and ottoman in plush terra rose online. Within 30 minutes Cae from the Denver store contacted me and let me know that their showroom was having a sale that would save us nearly 500$ if we ordered through them. We went ahead and did that. It was so nice to have Cae hold our hand throughout. She even sent us a picture of our new couch from the factory when it was finished with the building process. It ended up being delivered a week ahead of schedule and were absolutely obsessed with it (so is pup) and it is one of the best purchases we made for our new home. It was absolutely worth the wait. (Thanks Cae for all your help!!!).

Cae was extremely helpful to us as we navigated the difficult choices of investing in a really nice couch. She had a lot of great knowledge about space usage, color matching and helped us figure out what was right for us. What I thought was going to be hours in the show room was barely an hour just because of her service and knowledge.

Wrong color delivered, a misty blue rather than the primer peacock ordered. In response from customer service I was told that I was wrong and I guess that I should not believe my own eyes!!

My experience with Joybird has been incredible! A buddy of mine recommended their sofas because they were great quality and stood up to several moves.
I immediately checked out their site and LOVED the styles! I landed on the Hughes sofa and ottoman and cant wait for it to arrive.
It was great that there was a showroom in Denver so I was able to check out my pick in person before ordering and work with an awesome Design Consultant, Staj Thomas, who helped me feel 100% confident in my purchase.
Ill definitely shop with them again and highly recommend!!!
