Midgard Self Storage

Just raised my rental storage unit after 3 months of moving into unit. Very disappointed.

Do NOT rent here! Horrible customer service, the attendant can't/won't help you, but instead refers you to their virtual "help". They raised my rate from $55 to $74abd then told me I have to give them a 30 day notice to move out. This is the 3rd time they charged me for a lock, and they force you to buy their overpriced insurance. They do manage to get a 1 star rating, only because I can't rate them any lower. Do NOT rent here-there are way better self storage facilities that actually have good customer service at better prices that won't rip you off.

Donna is the most wonderful customer service person she has a vast knowledge about the industry and she gives great direction on how to clear out your unit you bought as an auction customer

Location never had working elevators or dollies for moving. I sent in to move out and they just so happened to not get it so they are charging me another month. Never using this company again
