    I purchased one item from this store years ago and was unknowingly signed up to get monthly catalogs in the mail. I have been submitting requests to their customer service via online form and email for over 10 months now asking to be removed, but nothing has worked or gotten a reply. I have since moved, and it's frustrating to the new residents that they continue to receive these catalogs addressed to me. It's disappointing that this store automatically signs customers up for unwanted catalogs and then has no system in place to stop them when a customer repeatedly asks that they be discontinued. It is wasteful and feels misaligned with their purported values around sustainability - and it's just annoying to get junk mail. I didn't expect this from this company.

    1 star is too many for their LACK of customer service. I've called several times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. When I hit "1" for a call back, my phone's spam blocker will not allow the call to go through. There is an option for "live chat" but there are NO REPS available on the live chat.  POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet! I've never experienced worse service. I'll NEVER shop here for this reason alone. I have product questions. I'm trying to spent a good $1,000 here on products, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Heading over to REI who DOES answer the phone, and ANSWERS IMMEDATELY.  How does this place even stay in business when NO ONE ANSWERS the phone - no matter what time. Early morning, late evening, mid-day - NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER!!

    This is a scam.  Reported them to the BBB, as well as FTC.  Changed my bank account info as well.  They ripped me off for $150.  Ordered a dress on backorder, only to have them change the date to 2 months in the future after I ordered it.  They still charged my card.I called this morning to cancel the order and couldn't get through.  Got an email response that seemed automated and had 0 to do with my issues (I wanted to cancel the order and get my $ back).  Had to call my bank to get the money replaced.  And still am unsure what is going to happen here...I will not stop until this place is shut down.  You don't rip me off and get away with it.

    Having a difficult time receiving my refund from an order I placed six weeks ago.  After two phone calls and an unanswered e-mail, my refund still isn't resolved.  I was told that it was a computer problem and that I should hear back from them soon.  I'm so disappointed because I like their clothes and want to be able to trust their return policy.
