2 weeks into the program and I am excited to go every day. The coaches are great and are all volunteers, they really care about your success. We have had a guest speaker, a former student share his success story and his appreciation for the program. The future looks bright.

The Masters Apprentice is an incredible training program for men and women that desire to enter the construction trades as apprentices. The program is a pre-apprenticeship preparation that focuses on construction math, financial literacy, excellent work ethic skills and interviewing. As a coach in this program Ive observed considerable changes in how the students perceive the work world, themselves and others. I believe that the 90% placement rate of these students in apprenticeships at the end of the 7 week session is indicative of the quality of the program. All of the coaches donate their time and effort to these students and are dedicated to seeing them complete the program successfully. This is a program that students should consider for furthering their job prospects and potential volunteers should consider as a worthy effort to help others receive an opportunity to better themselves.
