Edible Arrangements

Came in for my birthday reward, woman was extremely rude and barely acknowledged we were there.

The quality of this company has gone down drastically in the last few years, they dont do bananas anymore unless you pay extra and half the strawberries dont even have chocolate if I wanted bad quality strawberries in a skewer Id just go to the super market. I recommend you just go the extra mile and melt some chocolate and DIY an edible arrangement.. you can even put chocolate in half the pineapple since they apparently dont do that anymore either?? So confused what the point is of this company anymore because its just bad produce with limited chocolate

Delivered to the wrong address. When I called and told them that my recipient did not get the arrangement from their neighbor till 9:00 p.m. they didn't care. An edible arrangement is not very good after sitting on someone's front porch half the day.
