My mother has received excellent, loving care. She is now 97 years old and I attribute that to the attention she has been given.

I had to make a rapid change to my moms living situation, bringing her from another state. The staff, the director and the health and wellness coordinator have been attentive and helpful every step of the way for both my family and my mom. Thankfully, all are gaining stability.

I am SO PRIVILEGED to be working for Brookdale Highlands Ranch. I absolutely love & look forward to coming to work aka home. I am 59 years old and have never worked for & with a greater group of people aka angels. The Executive Director at Brookdale Highlands Ranch wears many different hats and accomplishes every single challenge that may come her way. She treats the residents with integrity leading with love and respect and a whole lot of caring that is simply natural & organic and only hires staff that feel the same way. The residents here become our family and here at Brookdale Highlands Ranch we lead with our hearts and it is truly seen in the beautiful faces of our residents better known as our family.

Exceptional in every way. The staff at Brookdale Highlands Ranch treated my mom with respect, kindness and patience, making her feel welcome in her new home. And when she passed they treated my sister and I with such compassion and grace that I will forever be grateful. Moving a loved one to memory care can be hard on a family and they tried in every way to help my mom and us with the transition. They were there with experienced answers and real solutions for us. Dee and Becky were fantastic with the entry interviews and tours Laughing with mom like they were old friends. Fatima instantly put my family at ease and treated mom with respect and love. Penny - you are running an excellent facility there and the kindness your staff shows their residents I see as a reflection of your work. I appreciate you all so much. Thank you.
