Do not waste your time, money or patience with these amateurs. This apartment complex is a joke and the children in management should be treated as such.

I requested help for an active leak that was discovered in one of my main closets that looks like it has come from the unit above, and have not received any help as of two days ago. I have damaged property as a result and am not sure what to do at this point since maintenance and property management has yet to respond to my emergency request for help with this.

*Terrible Management* We were drawn in because the units are large, the location is great, there was private security, a secure package room for deliveries, and a pool. Sadly, the private security stopped coming around in the spring of last year. At that time, car break-ins started to happen more often. And a few months ago after the new manager Trevor took over, they closed the package room for no reason. When we looked at the apartment the price was around $1920/mo. I told the manager that day that we wanted to start the application process. She told me to go online and fill out an application. I did it that same day. I didnt hear anything back so I called the office and left voicemails, and sent emails. I got no response for several days. Then when I did I was told that they were having technical issues and thats why it took so long to get back to me. But now they couldnt honor the price of $1920 since the market rate for the unit had gone up $2045. In the last year, I cannot count how many times that excuse has been used. The apartment we were shown was not the one we moved into, but we assumed they were all the same. The unit we looked at had fresh paint on all the walls, new flooring, new carpet. The countertops and fireplace hearth were a marble look pattern, the cabinets looked new-ish. The unit we actually moved into has hideous confetti flake countertops and hearth, the cabinets are old, and the drawers are broken. There are 4 different finishes of paint on the walls and ceiling, the seals on the windows are broken. It feels like a big old bait and switch was done on us. On the day we signed the lease, we walked into a unit that was not move in ready. It had not been cleaned or repaired. There were stains all over the cabinets, piles of dust on the floors, holes in the walls, and large damage to the drywall. I emailed the office, and it took them 48 hours to get the unit livable. We had planned on taking that whole week to move. Losing 2 days, we ended up having to hire movers ($600) to be able to be out of our old apartment on time. Not even an Im sorry from the office. After we moved in, we were trying to do laundry and ended up flooding the hall way. Turns out whoever hooked the washing machine back up neglected to put the hose in the drain. Then the washing machine just broke. The door wouldnt open and I had wet clothes trapped. I immediately put in a service request. After no response from anyone for a few days, I ended up googling the error code and fixing the washer myself. I canceled the service request since I fixed it, and maintenance STILL came into our apartment without notice and ran a test load of laundry. My wife had clothes in the washer and the setting they picked ruined 3 of her shirts. When it was time for the smoke detectors and furnace to be serviced our building was scheduled for a Monday. No one showed up on Monday. Then on Tuesday maintenance showed up. I told them they were supposed to be here yesterday. Marco became aggressive and told me I was wrong. I was not, and asserted that. He continued to argue with me, so I simply asked if they could come back in 20min because my wife was in the shower, they had 3 other units to do in our hallway and could have easily done those first. Instead, I was told no, while the guys pushed past me into my home. I had to run ahead of them and shut the bathroom door since my wife was getting out of the shower and the smoke detector is right by the bathroom. My wife is a sexual assault victim, and having men force themselves inside our home while in a vulnerable position is SO violating I cant even explain.
