      image This is a really nice property in a great location. Walking distance to a small park, shopping, restaurants and movie theater. All the employees are terrific and do a great job. Apartment is very accommodating and the landscaping is nice. They have a cute little barbecue area and it is very dog friendly.

      image very poor management. units are in good condition, but expectedly pricey. However, for the cost the management is unacceptable, and will do insane actions over parking/exp. tags/handicap signs/ANYTHING!
      If you can afford this place, you can find somewhere else with better management.

      image Great place to move to if you like the following - broken down hot tub, car broken into multiple times, fire alarms pulled weekly, mouse running around your apartment, noisy neighbors where it feels like they are walking on your head, and a staff that wont do anything about it except offer to relocate you only if you pay $500 relocation fee and opt in to a new lease. So for $2700 this could be yours too!

      image very nice place with nice amenities. sierra has been helpful with move in and questions. am a little concerned with rise of increase in car break ins that happened in the garage here. otherwise great area.
