Terrible place to live. Elevator broke in mid November and theyre just starting to repair it in April. There is dog poop all around the building and stair cases and hallways. There isnt access to a dumpster so people leave their big trash like furniture in the hallways. Ive been accused of having pets and that Im the one whos pet is leave poop in the hallways. Im allergic to cats and dogs I dont even own a pet! Also been accused of smoking on the balcony, Ive been pregnant my entire time here I dont smoke. There are 3 people in the building who smoke in their apartments. Its Colorado grow up. Im a very clean person and I still find the occasional roach crawling on the wall. The people above me always leave their sliding door open so now the ceiling is falling apart. They just repaint the shower and underneath its yellow. Parking is terrible. The time I parked on the street my vehicle got hit and the car who hit it drove off. The only decent thing about this place was the maintenance guy. Super sweet and efficient.
