Not only does this office keep calling me (two calls in a row without leaving voicemail multiple times) but they wont email me the quote I requested.
After getting a quote online I spoke with a lady to make a minor change to my policy and asked her to email me the updated quote which she agreed to. A week goes by and no quote sent.
So I called in again a couple of days and told that she wasnt available so I left a message with the operator to have her email me the quote again and even verified my email address. Guess what? No quote sent.
Ill be contacting Geico directly and requesting that I work with another office that actually wants my business.

Super slow to respond, if at all. Did not follow through on their word as I spoke to Cassandra once and was told shed call me back. Never got a call although after 5 follow up emails I finally got an email response, stating that my phone went directly to VM. Guess what? No VMs left! After that I responded with a question and never heard back. Id recommend exploring your needs with a different agent!
