    Good until it went bad. I moved and notified Centennial 12 days ahead of time. Found out I was required to notify them within 14 days. Was told I had to still pay for another month. I argued this with them but they would not budge. I moved my boat within 24 hours and began paying another storage place to store my boat because I was moving out of town. Centennial storage would not work with me and insisted I had to pay for another month regardless and have since billed me for it. How is it fair to treat someone like this when they are no longer needing/using your services? I never missed a payment or caused them any issues. Other storage facilities do no do this. If your paid and your account is current I should be able to move out whenever I want. Do not use this facility Please.

    Great company, great owner. I've rented from Centennial Storage for about 7 years or so and have always felt like choosing Centennial was the right move. When I was originally looking for a spot for my camper trailer, Centennial had a spot open (which a lot of places didn't), and prices were lower than others around. Since then, Greg, the owner, has always been easy to get ahold of and has always responded quickly. When I got a new camper, he accommodated me easily and without any hassle. I have always felt safe no matter the time of day I would come. I was never worried about any of my stuff going missing or anything. Easy in and out at any time. The lot is clean, and spots are clearly marked and flat. No slopes or holes. I had a new driveway poured with enough room for my trailer and still struggled with the idea of letting my spot go. It was such a good deal, and Greg had been great. If I ever need storage again, I'm calling Greg straightaway. Thanks for the years!

    I had paid for a spot and met up with you the next day and I had gotten a key after he had also taken my money and I had already signed a contract and 30 minutes after receiving the key he tells me I cannot move my RV there because the person prior doesn't want to move their stuff which is unexcusable they need to learn how to run a business before they start taking people's money but sometimes in the storage business you have to throw the person s*** away or take it out of the lot and the person loses it because the new person who's paying for it now owns that person's spot they need to go back to business school to learn how to manage and run a business how sad I am disappointed and mad because I was in an emergency and he knew so when he took my money happily and said there was plenty of spots available then the next day after giving me the key there's not a single spot at any location
