        Brought my vehicle in for radiator work, continued to overheat. Now I had to put a new engine in my vehicle because they couldn't diagnose and fix my problem. They also charged me for a diagnostic that inevitably didn't solve anything. To add insult to injury they are selling used cars with massively jacked up prices in their parking lot. Avoid this shop.

        Elizabeth and Rick are amazing and was able to get me in the same day when I was having car troubles. This is one of the best auto mechanic shop that I have been to. They were able to help me out after diagnosing what was wrong as well as getting me back on the road after being on a time crunch. I truly appreciate them and the whole team!

      Im sorry but what was your name? Because we don't have any customers that go by RED RUM ONE? If you give me your name I can actually address your issue. But if by chance you are George with the Kia Amati with 176,000 miles on it and that had overheated it so bad it had to be towed in because it wouldn't start because it shut if self down then. We did let you know before any work was done it was very possible from it being over heated so badly and with that amount of miles you may have done internal damage to the engine but we would not know until the radiator, hoses and cooling system was fixed enough for it to start and run. You got charged a diagnostic fee because the cooling system would have to be pressurized to find a coolant leak before we could price out any repairs. As for are CAR LOT CARS they are none of your business and they are priced to book just like any other car lot, They are priced lower then most car lots so if your not a customer of the car lot or in the market to purchase a vehicle then mind your business.
