Omg the person who helped me was so kind, they helped me find the correct color remover, they talked me through the steps of what I would be doing, etc. They went out of their way to make sure that I didn't fry my hair off within my budget with quality products, and by god they were the sweetest person I've ever met. I understand this is their job but they still went out of their way and were totally awesome.

Friend got me the wrong pair of clippers and they wouldnt let me get refund or atleast exchange them

I visited this store yesterday around 11AM. Ruth was such a delight - so friendly and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air! I was also happy to see that the shelves were fully stocked. I moved from Commerce City to Canon City last October and the Sally stores I frequented in Brighton and Thornton areas often had a lot less inventory on the shelves.

Purchased an expensive hair scissor...after a few mos it developed a warp in the blade. No longer had receipt. Went back, got a cheaper pair & after a few mos, got a warp in the blade. I've never had scissors do this before!! I took both pair in, knowing I was past the returnable date, & hoped they would honor the fact that they r selling inferior products. Nope.
